If your organization would like to join the Surety Association of Houston you will need to submit an application. You can either fill out the form on this page or if you prefer there is a link at the bottom of this page for the standard Microsoft Word version of the form. Please note that the fields with a star next to them are required and your application will not be submitted until they are completed.
